Memory overclock to about 6800Mhz on the GTX1660ti get about 30Mh/s. Something is weird where increasing memory beyond it actually lowers the Mh/s. I would use MSI afterburner too.. I was able to fairly low watts 100w~ just putting it to 50-60% power target. source

overclocked the GDDR6 memory up +900 MHz with EVGA Precision X1 software and lowered the power target to 74%, uses about 94 watts for the GPU
